HELP WITH LISTING YOUR BUSINESS:
In order to list your business you need to register with our site first. After registration you will be able to fill out a listing form and Administrator will approve your listing and make it visible on our Directory.
Listing form consists of 4 sections: Essential Info, Listing Type, Contact Info, And Additional Info.
1. Business Name – Type your business name in the form field.
2. Address – Type your business address in this form field and Click on the button “Find on map”; your location will now display inside of Google Map
1. From a drop-down menu select your Coaching Category. After selecting a Category you will be able to upload PDF file associated with your business which visitors will be able to read and view.
1. Type in your phone number e.g. 888-123-4567
2. type in your website address e.g. www.yoursite.com
3. Type in your Twitter link e.g. yourcompany
4. Type in your Facebook link e.g. Your Facebook Business Name
1. Here you can upload your images which will display on your Listing’s Page
2. Description Block – Describe your business the best that you can. Text is not limited and it can be extensively long.
3. Tags Section – Type in keywords which you believe are important for your business and separate them by commas.
After completion of filling out all form fields you will click on Next Step which will take you to Plan Selection. If any payments are required you will select your plan which best fits you and then you will be taken to PayPal processing page. After making a payment, administrator will approve your listing.
LOGIN AND LOG OUT:
Once you register you will be able to login and log out and edit your listing as frequently as you like. Keep your username and password safe. If you forget your password you can always request a password reset which will work in association with your email on file.
HELP WITH REVIEWS:
In order to leave a ‘Review’ for listed Coaches you need to register with this site. Click Here to Register.

DELETE ATTACHMENTS AND DOCUMENTS:
All your attachments and documents are in ‘Media’ Section. To delete them just place mouse over ‘Media’ link and select ‘Library’. There you click on the one you want to delete and off the link options select ‘Delete Permanently’.
All Listings are good for ONE Year. At the time of expiration you should receive an email to ‘Renew’ your listing.
TWO steps are important:
1. First, you have to login to hireaprofessionsllifecoach.com using your credentials.
2. Then, click on a ‘Renew’ link inside your EMAIL notification and follow the steps.
If you do not receive an Email notification, there is a chance that an Administrator posted a listing for you. Therefore, click on ‘Claim this Listing’ on the front end of the website. Once verified, Administrator will sign off the ownership to you.
IMPORTANT FOR UPGRADING LISTINGS:
You can’t upgrade existing listing until it expires! What you CAN DO is to contact us and ask to delete your current listing. In the mean time you create a NEW one with desired plan.
