About Jchianese

As a Life Coach, I can help you find that balance between work and the healthy lifestyle you have been looking for, help you transition to a new job, help you through a difficult transition or relationship, even help you t define what success means to you and how to achieve it.

I am a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master/Teacher who practices Reiki as a spiritual path in my daily life. I am also member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.

I have received training as a Clinical Reflexologist at the Central Connecticut School of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Holistic Studies.

I use this experience leading and coaching others in my Life Coaching practice. I believe in defining what you want to achieve and then, by laying down a solid plan you can succeed at anything.

I have earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Science Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
