Whether working in one-on-one sessions, or in a coaching circle, I begin by understanding three aspects of your life: what brought you where you are today (your past), where you are today (your present), and the specific goals you want to accomplish through your coaching (your future).
In each session I will guide you to new understandings of what is working for you. Even more, I’ll help you see what is NOT working for you. I’ll then guide you towards new strategies that will help you eliminate those actions, blind spots, stories, and habits that do not serve you, but instead hold you back.
In each session we will identiy 1-3 meaningful actions you will take between now and the next session. These actions will be both tangible actions to move you forward, and opprotunties for you to re-think or re-program how you approach your daily life.
Together we will establish a trusting, confidential relationship. My promise to you is to always tell you the truth about what I see and hear, to support you through the difficulties of practicing new behaviors, and to reflect back to you the successes and leaps of progress you make. All I ask of you is that you remain committed to the process of your coaching, and that you remain supportable: open to new ideas and new approaches.
